POKARNA LIMITED : ANTIDUMPING DUTY REVIEW PRELIMINARY RESULTS RELEASED

• U.S. Department of Commerce has issued preliminary results in the administrative review of antidumping duty order concerning certain quartz surface products from India for the period June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. • Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited (PESL), the wholly owned material subsidiary, was selected as a mandatory respondent. • Commerce preliminarily determined PESL did not make sales below normal value during the period of review. • PESL's anti-dumping duty for the said period has been preliminarily determined to be 0%. • These results do not take effect now, but may indicate final duty rates expected by March 2027.
