KIMS ENTERS OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SARVOTTAM HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED

• KIMS has entered into an Operations and Management Agreement (O&M Agreement) with Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited (SHPL). • The agreement is for an initial term of 5 years, with an option for a further 5-year extension. • KIMS will exclusively run, manage, operate, direct, and control SHPL's hospital operations. • KIMS is entitled to receive a revenue fee of 9% of the total Net Revenue of the Hospital. • SHPL's hospital has an installed capacity of 183 beds and is located in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
