PRECISION WIRES INDIA LIMITED : PROPOSES LAND ACQUISITION WORTH UP TO RS 10 CRORE
• Company proposes to utilize up to ₹10 crore from preferential issue proceeds for land acquisition. • Land acquisition subject to identification, due diligence, approvals, and compliance. • If agricultural land, necessary conversion process for non-agricultural use will be undertaken. • If NA conversion is not obtained or company is not permitted to hold, land will be disposed of. • Any material development to be disclosed as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
