• NCLT has approved the resolution plan submitted by NG Organics Private Limited and Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel. • The total bid value under the resolution plan is ₹7.00 Cr, with ₹1.41 Cr already deposited. • The plan provides for distribution of ₹6.50 Cr towards admitted claims/stakeholder payments. • NG Organics Private Limited and Mr. Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel will become the new promoters.
