JSW INFRASTRUCTURE: NCR STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% SHARE CAPITAL OF NCR RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD
• JSW Infrastructure acquired NCR Rail Infrastructure Limited (NCR Rail) through its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Khurja Rail Terminal Private Limited. • The acquisition was effective September 10, 2026, making NCR Rail a step-down wholly owned subsidiary. • AMD Business Support Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of NCR Rail, also becomes a step-down wholly owned subsidiary. • The acquisition is pursuant to the approval of the Resolution Plan by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. • Cost of acquisition was ₹467.47 crore, plus ₹41.94 crore for land purchase.
