ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS LTD : EXPANSION INTO UAE WITH NEW WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

• The subsidiary will be named ACME Renewables FZCO or a similar name as approved. • It will be incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and will function in renewable energy systems, components, and storage products supply chain management. • The initial capital will be equivalent to AED 10,000, to be infused in one or more tranches. • The Company will hold 100% of the shareholding of the entity.
