• Board approves allotment of 2,75,00,000 equity shares to Ms. Mona Viral Shah, Promoter and Director. • Shares allotted upon exercise of conversion options attached to convertible warrants. • Allotment comprises 1,00,00,000 shares from warrants allotted June 28, 2025, and 1,75,00,000 shares from warrants allotted June 26, 2025. • Issue price of Rs. 4.71/- per share (Rs. 1/- face value + Rs. 3.71/- premium). • Company received balance 75% consideration of Rs. 3.5325/- per warrant, aggregating to ₹9.71 Cr. Impact: Strengthens promoter's stake and increases paid-up capital.
