UTKARSH SMALL FINANCE BANK : APPROVES NCD ISSUE WORTH UP TO RS 300 CR

• Committee of Capital Structuring & Fund Raise Committee (CSFRC) approved issuance of Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Subordinated, Redeemable, Lower Tier II bonds (NCDs) • Face value of ₹1,00,000 each, aggregating up to ₹200 crore base issue and up to ₹100 crore green shoe option (totalling up to ₹300 crore) • To be issued on a private placement basis to eligible investors, in one or more tranches • NCDs to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited • Tenure of 7 years, coupon up to 11.75% payable quarterly • Details of GID and KID to be provided in terms of SEBI regulations
