STL NETWORKS LIMITED : PROPOSED INCORPORATION OF WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY

• The Authorisation and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS). • The WOS will focus on data centre & telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions and connectivity services. • The WOS will be limited by shares and incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. • The initial paid-up share capital will be subscribed in cash at face value of INR 2/- per share. • STL Networks Limited will hold 100% control of the WOS.
