• Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part I of Schedule III of the said Regulations. • Post facto intimation of the 7th (Seventh) Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of India Power Corporation Limited (IPCL). • The 7th Meeting of the CoC of India Power Corporation Limited (IPCL) was held on Friday, 11th September, 2026. • The agenda items as per the notice convened and other matters placed before the committee were deliberated upon by the CoC and the following decisions were taken by show of hands: • Approval for engagement of 'Sardial Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.' ("SAM") as legal counsel for providing CIRP loan advisory and CIRP/IBC litigation services. • Ratified the convening the 7th meeting of the CoC at a shorter duration.
