• Company allotted 13,73,625 equity shares at ₹2,002 per share to five allottees for ₹274.99 Cr. • Additionally, 2,49,750 warrants were allotted to Deepak Suresh Chaudhari at ₹2,002 per warrant, convertible into equity shares within 18 months. • Post allotment, equity share capital will increase to ₹173.37 Cr (fully diluted basis). Impact: Strengthens capital base through preferential allotment of equity and warrants.
