• Indo National Limited has invested an aggregate amount of ₹25.02 Lakh by way of subscription to Equity Shares of Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL). • The said investment represents an additional 0.41% of the paid-up share capital in MMSPL on a fully diluted basis, taking the company's total shareholding to 62.28%. • The acquisition is for 178 shares at a price of ₹14,056 per share. • MMSPL is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and services related to Air Monitoring Systems and Air Purifiers. • The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is done at an arm's length. • Date of incorporation of MMSPL is June 7, 2020.
