JSW INFRASTRUCTURE : LETTER OF INTENT FOR INLAND CONTAINER DEPOT

• JSW Port Logistics Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, received Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Inter-Ministerial Committee, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. • The LOI is for setting up of an Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Village Kudathini, Ballari District, Karnataka. • This is the first ICD in the Ballari region for handling Import/Export cargo. • The ICD is to be made operational within one year from the date of issue of the LOI. • The company was informed about the grant of the LOI on September 10, 2026.
