EMAMI REALTY : SEBI IMPOSES PENALTY OF RS 2 LAKH

• SEBI has imposed a penalty of ₹2,00,000 on the company for alleged violations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • The violations pertain to classification of investments in equity shares of subsidiaries and convertible debentures as inventories in standalone financial statements for FY22 and FY23. • Regulation 23(2) was also violated for failing to obtain prior audit committee approval for a related party transaction with Lohitka Properties LLP between July 22, 2016, and August 10, 2016. • The company stated that there is no material impact on financials, operations, or other activities due to the order.
