MAPLE INFRA INVIT : BOARD APPROVES CHANGE IN CONTROL OF INVESTMENT MANAGER AND PROJECT MANAGER
• Investment Manager's equity share capital transfer: 42.50% from Maple Highways Pte. Ltd. to MAIF 4 Investments India 2 Pte. Ltd., resulting in change in control of the Investment Manager. • Project Manager's equity share capital transfer: 40% from Maple Highways to MAIF 4, resulting in change in control of the Project Manager. • Trust unitholding transfer: 37.50% of Maple Infrastructure Trust units transferred from CDPQ Infrastructures Asia III Inc. to MAIF 4. • New directors appointed: Mr. Abhimanyu Diwan, Mr. Prateek Jhawar (additional directors) and Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava (additional independent director). • Resignation of Mr. Louis-Marie St-Maurice as director noted. • Amendments approved to the policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Dealing in Securities.
