WELSPUN CORP: NEW STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY INCORPORATED
• Welspun DI Pipes Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, approved incorporation of Welspun Special Coating Private Limited. • The new entity will undertake coating works for pipes and metallic structures. • Incorporation is subject to Ministry of Corporate Affairs approval. • Shares in the new company will be subscribed for by way of cash consideration. • Welspun DI Pipes Limited will hold 100% of the shareholding in the new subsidiary.
