VIJAYA DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE : ACQUIRES 100% DIAGNOSTIC BUSINESS OF ARYA WELLNESS CENTRE (ASSAM)

• The acquisition is on a slump sale basis from NEMRIL HRPL JV (North Eastern Medical Research Institute Limited – Hexagon Research Private Limited JV). • The deal is valued at approximately ₹46 crore. • In FY26, Arya Wellness Centre recorded revenue from operations of ~₹26 crore with IND AS EBITDA of ₹5.6 crore and IND AS Adjusted PAT of ₹2.5 crore.
