COCHIN SHIPYARD : JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH DRYDOCkS WORLD DUBAI

• Company has executed the Joint Venture Agreement with Drydocks World Dubai – FZCO (DDW), a DP World Company. • The Agreement was signed by Captain Rado Antolovic, PhD, CEO, DDW and Shri Jose V J, Chairman and Managing Director and Director (Finance), Cochin Shipyard Limited. • Agreement signed on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit 2026 in New Delhi. • Signed in the presence of Shri Sarbananda Sonowal and H.E. Omran Sharaf Alhashimi.
