GABRIEL INDIA : PROMOTER ASIA INVESTMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED ACQUIRES SHARES FOR HLMANDO ANAND INDIA ACQUISITION
• The allotment of 1,44,04,204 equity shares were issued on a preferential basis, for consideration other than cash, to Asia Investments Private Limited (AIPL), a Promoter of the Company. • This is part consideration for the Company's acquisition of equity shares of HL Mando ANAND India Private Limited, with an aggregate consideration of ₹18,81,03,05,962. • The Board of Directors approved the allotment via resolution passed by circulation on September 11, 2026.
