• Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary) has incorporated Sunstar Data Centers Private Limited on September 11, 2026. • The new entity, Sunstar Data Centers Private Limited, is incorporated in India and will be in the Data Center Business. • The primary objective is to establish, develop, design, finance, construct, own, lease, operate, maintain, manage and commercialize data centers and related digital infrastructure services. • Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited will be the subscriber to the Memorandum of Association (MOA). • The incorporated company is newly formed and has no turnover as yet.
