• A1 Biochem Labs (India) Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of the Company, subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of USD 100 each of A1 Biochem USA Inc on September 11, 2026. • The acquisition is part of the acquisition of A1 Biochem Group earlier disclosed on July 23, 2026. • A1 Biochem USA Inc is a newly incorporated company in the USA, established on August 27, 2026. • The object of the subsidiary is to undertake Contract Research and Development services business. • The company has subscribed to an initial subscription share capital of USD 1,000,000 in cash.
