TATA CHEMICALS NORTH AMERICA : ACQUISITION OF CUSTOMER CONTRACTS COMPLETED
• Tata Chemicals North America Inc. ('TCNA'), a subsidiary of Tata Chemicals Limited, has completed the acquisition of customer contracts on September 11, 2026. • The acquisition pertains to North American soda ash customer contracts representing over 500,000 metric tonnes to be serviced over a period of two years. • This follows TCNA being declared the successful bidder in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Searles Valley Minerals Inc. ('SVM'), USA. • All conditions precedent and other terms set out in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement have been satisfied.
