INTERISE TRUST : CONCLUSION OF CONCESSION PERIOD OF PROJECT SPV
• Western Andhra Tollways Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle of Interise Trust, has concluded its concession period today, September 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST. • The conclusion is in accordance with the concession agreement signed between the Project SPV and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). • Revenues from toll collections have concluded and been handed over to NHAI. • The Project SPV has initiated the process of handing over other project aspects to NHAI and will obtain a vesting certificate. • The project was a 4-lane road from Jadcherla to Kothakota on NH-44, on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis, located in Telangana. Impact: Neutral (Administrative closure of a concession agreement.)
