GALA GLOBAL PRODUCTS LIMITED : RIGHTS ISSUE OF RS 25.00 CR APPROVED
• Board approved raising of funds up to ₹25.00 Cr by way of issue of equity shares on a rights basis. • The Rights Issue shall comprise fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹5 each, at such issue price and ratio as may be determined by the Board/Rights Issue Committee. • Draft Letter of Offer and other relevant documents were approved for filing with the BSE for in-principal approval. • A Rights Issue Committee has been constituted for purposes of giving effect to the rights issue. • The Board also approved the appointment of intermediaries and advisors for the issue.
