• Frontier Warehousing Limited acquired 13,29,69,279 equity shares, representing 42.80% of the company's equity share capital. • Frontier Warehousing's shareholding increased to 42.81%, acquiring control and becoming the promoter. • Mrs. Nikita Rateria appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. • Resignations of directors Ms. Jikyeong Kang, Mrs. Mangala Radhakrishnan Prabhu, and Mr. Satish Narain Jajoo recorded. • Three new Non-Executive Independent Directors appointed, subject to member approval. • Mr. Amit Agarwalla appointed as Additional Non-Executive Director. • Mr. Gautam Agarwalla appointed as Additional Director & Managing Director for five years. • The registered office of the company will be shifted. • The promoter and promoter group are being reclassified under Regulation 31A of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
