• Munjal Auto's Waghodia Plant entered into an agreement on September 12, 2026, for the acquisition/purchase of land at AA-14, Mascot Industrial City, Vitthalapur, Ahmedabad. • The land is intended for business expansion and market share growth. • The consideration price for the land is Rs 14.31 crore. • None of the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons, and/or their relative(s) are interested in the matter. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length.
