HDFCBANK BOARD APPROVES APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTORS

• Board approved the appointment of two candidates for Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer for three years, subject to RBI approval. • Re-appointment of Mr. V. Srinivasa Rangan as Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for one year from Nov 23, 2026. • Appointment of Mr. Jimmy Tata as Whole-time Director (Executive Director) for three years, subject to RBI approval. • Creation of one additional Whole-time Director position to increase Board strength to four. • Necessary shareholder approval to be sought in due course.
