• Vector Asset Holdings Limited ('Vector Asset') is a step-down subsidiary of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited, incorporated in Isle of Man on 11th September, 2026. • The company is yet to commence business. • The acquisition aims to establish a holding structure for the Group's international funding and investment activities. • Consideration for the 100% equity stake is USD1, paid by LGRF, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
