LENSKART : INDIA STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL 1.80% STAKE IN DIMENSION NXG PRIVATE LIMITED

• Lenskart Solutions Limited acquired an additional 1.80% stake in Dimension NXG Private Limited ("NXG" or "Ajna") for INR 79.97 million. • Aggregate shareholding in Ajna increased from 7.21% to 9.01% of the fully diluted share capital. • The acquisition strengthens the company's strategic association with the extended reality (XR) and artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem. • The acquisition was completed on September 13, 2026, for cash consideration. • For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Ajna's turnover was INR 103.64 million. • Mr. Peyush Bansal, Promoter and MD of Lenskart, is also a Director on Ajna's Board.
