AIRFLOA : PROPOSED RS 48 CR ACQUISITION OF KIN RAILWAY EQUIPMENT'S BUSINESS

• Airfloa Rail Technology Limited enters into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KIN Railway Equipment Private Limited (KIN) to evaluate the acquisition of KIN's business through a slump sale or asset purchase transaction. • Proposed transaction value is ₹48 crores. • Business under acquisition carries an order book of ₹180 crores. • KIN Railway Equipment Private Limited has capabilities in metro rail, rolling stock, coach interiors and railway equipment segments. • Acquisition subject to satisfactory due diligence, regulatory approvals, and execution of definitive agreements.
