YATHARTH HOSPITALS : FAVOURABLE DEVELOPMENTS IN INCOME TAX PROCEEDINGS

• Company and subsidiaries AKS Medical & Research Centre and Ramraja Multispeciality Hospital & Trauma Centre have received final assessment orders from the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax. • Aggregate demands are ₹29.66 Cr plus interest of ₹11.42 Cr for the company (AY 2014-15 to AY 2024-25). • AKS faces demands of ₹8.50 Cr plus interest of ₹2.48 Cr (AY 2022-23 to AY 2024-25). • Ramraja faces demands of ₹5.64 Cr plus interest of ₹2.04 Cr (AY 2023-24). • Assessment proceedings for these years have concluded. • Appeals will be filed before the CIT (Appeals). • Company is confident of obtaining substantial relief and reduction in demands. • No provision is presently required in financial statements.
