• Anand Rathi FME (IFSC) Private Limited (ARFME), a wholly owned subsidiary, received a certificate of registration from IFSCA today, September 14, 2026, dated September 11, 2026. • ARFME is registered as a “Registered Fund Management Entity (Non-retail)" at the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), GIFT City, Gujarat. • The registration enables ARFME to commence fund management activities in accordance with IFSCA regulations. • Details under SEBI LODR and Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A.
