• Shakti Pumps (India) Limited invested ₹11.00 Cr in its wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti Energy Solutions Limited. • The investment is for establishing a greenfield high efficiency Solar DCR cell and Solar PV modules manufacturing plant in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, with a production capacity of 2.20 GW. • The turnover of Shakti Energy Solutions Limited was ₹239.11 Cr in FY26, ₹216.53 Cr in FY25 and ₹139.59 Cr in FY24. • Impact: Positive (Establishes manufacturing plant for solar cells and modules, expanding into renewable energy sector.)
