• Agreement executed with Indo Energy International Limited for exclusive handling of permitted dry bulk cargo at Sanegaon Jetty, Raigad District, Maharashtra. • IEIL grants Shreeji Shipping Global Limited the exclusive right to handle all permitted dry bulk cargo and use adjoining land for storage. • The arrangement commences on September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 3 contract years, automatically extending by a further 2 contract years. • The agreement enhances the company's dry bulk cargo handling operations along the Maharashtra coast with dedicated jetty capacity. • The Sanegaon Jetty's strategic location and rail connectivity are expected to strengthen the company's cargo handling reach. • Commercials are not disclosed being confidential in nature.
