• Aurovault Data Centers Private Limited incorporated on September 14, 2026 • It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited, which is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited • The new entity will be engaged in establishing, developing, and commercializing data centers, hyperscale data centers, and AI-ready data centers • The business scope also includes cloud infrastructure facilities, digital infrastructure parks, and colocation services • Waaree Green Data Centers Private Limited will be the subscriber to the MOA
