• Praruh Technologies Limited has entered into a partnership agreement with Quantum Networks. • Quantum Networks is an Indian networking technology company and brand of Zen Exim, providing intelligent, secure, and scalable networking solutions. • The company designs and manufactures networking products including Wi-Fi access points, network switches, gateways, and cloud-managed networking solutions. • Its solutions are used across sectors such as enterprises, hospitality, education, healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, ISPs, public sector, and smart cities. • The arrangement is entered into in the ordinary course of business and on an arm's length basis. • There is no promoter/promoter group interest in Quantum Networks in relation to this arrangement.
