UNO MINDA : EXPANDS CAPACITY WITH RS 1305 CR CAPEX & APPROVES RS 600 CR NCDS
• Board approves detailed project report for AW2W division new plant at Kharkhoda, Haryana with estimated capex of ₹155 Cr. • Approves DPR for capacity expansion of Casting Division at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, with estimated capex of ₹510 Cr. • Approves expansion at Bengaluru plant of subsidiary Uno Minda Kyoraku Ltd. with capex of ₹80 Cr. • Approves DPR for facility at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra for subsidiary Toyoda Gosei South India Private Limited (TGSIN) with capex of ₹670 Cr. • Approves issuance of listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹600 Cr. • Approves issuance of Commercial Papers up to a revolving limit of ₹500 Cr.
