• Company allotted 4,61,90,542 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of face value of ₹5 each. • Bonus shares issued in ratio of 1:1 for every existing equity share. • Record date for the issue was Friday, September 11, 2026. • Post-issue equity share capital increased to ₹46,19,05,420 from ₹23,09,52,710. • The Bonus Equity Shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respect with existing equity shares.
