• Intimation regarding proposed inter-se transfer amongst the Promoter and Promoter Group under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. • Mr. Amar Chinubhai Doshi, Mr. Karan Amar Doshi, and Mr. Monish Amar Doshi propose to gift 10,00,000 equity shares each to their respective HUFs. • Total shares to be acquired by HUFs are 30,00,000 equity shares, constituting 14.32% of the total share capital of the company. • The transfers are by way of gift, without any consideration. • Aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group in the Company shall remain unchanged.
