• KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited to acquire up to 32,00,000 equity shares of SRF Limited via inter-se transfer from KAMA Holdings Limited. • The acquisition represents up to 1.08% of SRF Limited's paid-up capital. • Transaction is within the promoter group and will not alter SRF's control or management. • Acquisition to occur on or before September 30, 2026, at the prevailing closing price.
