VARDHMAN POLYTEX LTD : INTIMATION REGARDING CONVERSION OF WARRANTS
• Board approved allotment of 55,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1 each at Rs. 12.55 per share (including premium of Rs. 11.55) • Conversion follows receipt of Rs. 5,17,68,750/- (75% of issue price) from allottees for 55,00,000 warrants • Paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs.49,91,44,004/-, comprising 49,91,44,004 shares of Re. 1 each • New shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares • 92,75,000 warrants remain pending for conversion
