• The company has received a demand notice to repay an inter corporate loan from Unbounded Opportunities Fund SPC. • The outstanding loan amount is Rs. 15.84 Cr, with estimated interest of Rs 0.28 Cr from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. • The principal amount and interest are due for payment on December 31, 2026. • The company is evaluating the notice and will discuss with the creditor for amicable resolution/time extension.
