PURPLE STYLE LABS : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF PSL RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED
• Purple Style Labs Limited will invest INR 420 Crores for acquisition of equity shares of its wholly owned subsidiary, PSL Retail Private Limited (PSLR). • Acquisition of 42 Crores equity shares at an issue price of INR 10 each. • PSLR is a wholly owned subsidiary and material subsidiary of Purple Style Labs Limited. • For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, PSLR reported revenue of INR 5,557.38 million. • The transaction is in accordance with the objects of the IPO and is on an arm's length basis. • Acquisition to be completed between September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026.
