BHEL : FORMS JV WITH TITAGARH FOR VANDE BHARAT SLEEPER TRAINSET MAINTENANCE

• JV formed for comprehensive maintenance of Vande Bharat Sleeper Trainsets for 35 years. • BHEL and Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRSL) will have 50:50 shareholding. • JV to be incorporated as a 'Private Limited' Company with an initial paid-up share capital of ₹50 Lakh. • Registered office of the JV to be situated in Delhi; BHEL and TRSL to nominate two directors each. • Transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length.
