TITAGARH : SIGNS JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH BHEL

• Signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) to form a Joint Venture Company ("JV Company") for the maintenance of 80 Vande Bharat Trainsets. • TRSL and BHEL will hold 50% shareholding each in the JV Company. • The JV Company will undertake maintenance of Vande Bharat Trainsets for 35 years, as part of the Indian Railways project. • The agreement aims to leverage complementary capabilities and establish a long-term presence in the maintenance segment. • The JVA was executed on 15th September 2026.
