ALLIED BLENDERS & DISTILLERS : GRANT OF LICENCE FOR MANUFACTURE OF MALT SPIRITS

• The Company has received a licence from the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Telangana, Hyderabad, for manufacturing Malt Spirits for potable purposes. • The licence permits manufacturing of ~4.4 million BL per annum at the Company's facility in Rangapur, Telangana. • The licence will enable in-house production of malt spirit, reducing reliance on third-party distillers and supporting raw material requirements. • This will also strengthen the premium product portfolio and provide opportunities for future growth. • The licence is valid in accordance with applicable laws and terms specified therein.
