ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS LIMITED : INCORPORATION OF WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES

• Four wholly owned subsidiaries, ACME Greentech Twenty Five Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Six Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Seven Private Limited, and ACME Greentech Twenty Eight Private Limited, have been incorporated. • The entities have been incorporated for undertaking businesses relating to development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects. • The cost of subscription for each entity was Rs. 1,00,000/- for 10,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each. • The listed entity holds 100% shareholding/control in these new subsidiaries.
