• ZIM Laboratories Limited FZE (ZIM FZE), a wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the investment of the entire approved amount in the share capital of ZIM Scientific Office LLC (ZIM SO), a step-down subsidiary. • Post investment, ZIM FZE's shareholding remains at 100% of the total share capital of ZIM SO. • The disclosure references prior disclosures dated March 28, 2025, and August 7, 2025, regarding investments totaling AED 4,66,000 and AED 4,50,000.
