• Investment of INR 5.99 crore completed in first tranche. • Black Tiger Distilleries Private Limited approved allotment of 14,628 CCPS and 100 Equity Shares to TIL. • TIL now holds approximately 12.5% of the paid-up share capital of BTD on a fully diluted basis.
