ORIENT GREEN POWER : CREDIT RATING UPGRADE
• Beta Wind Farm Private Limited, a material subsidiary, sees its credit rating upgraded by CRISIL to BBB / Stable. • The upgrade from BBB- / Positive applies to the Rupee term loan facility of Rs. 617.79 crore. • This upgrade is attributed to robust operational performance, increased generation, and improved cash accruals.
